This varies from role to role. Many of us in the Head Office can work up to 2 days per week from home. As an airline it may be necessary to work at your base more often to ensure your team have sufficient resource. I prefer working in the office as it allows me to gain an appreciation of the wider teams that we are part of. Working from the office allows us to see our colleagues and ensure we are there to support one another.
