Are pilots able to switch over from Cityflyer to the general fleet - do you know any pilots actually doing this?

Hi Isaac, as BA CityFlyer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of British Airways, those wishing to apply must go through the application process for British Airways mainline fleet via the Direct Entry Pilot vacancies when the recruitment windows are open. There are many pilots currently flying with British Airways' mainline fleet who were previously flying with BA CityFlyer.
If you're looking to apply for either, you'll find the current vacancies, the entry criteria and perks of both here - www.careers.ba.com/pilots#entry-1
