Hi there!
We do have a rostering system which enables us to request for certain days off or ask other pilots to swap duties.
We employ pilots from all faiths and backgrounds and fully support everyone's right to practice their religion, however, due to the nature of the job, time off for religious celebrations isn't guaranteed.
While working during certain holidays can be difficult, personally, I really enjoy and feel privileged to be part of a team that is taking people home to see their loved ones or on holiday to celebrate special occasions.
