How does this company support women's career progression?

Since I joined British Airways I have seen many inspirational women in senior leadership roles, this is enabled by the investment into numerous learning and development channels that have been designed and delivered by through external providers. There is also an internal colleague network called WINGs, which is a forum for women and female allies to have a forum to promote and empower women across British Airways.

The hiring teams also look to encourage women into aviation through school and university outreach, to ensure we are recruiting a diverse pipeline of the aviators of tomorrow! I work as an Inspire Ambassador alongside my current role, which involves going into schools to talk to young people about careers in aviation.
