Is there a phone number for someone in recruitment so i can check my application as i think theirs been some confusion.

I thought I had accepted my offer back in November but they've asked me to download and sign the contract again, its exactly the same as the one i've already saved and signed. I'm just worried there has been a mix up somewhere as i've just booked for my medical and uniform fitting at the end of the month and I don't want things to be messed up, and I don't understand why they've asked me to sign it again when i've already booked this in. I've tried to submit one of their question forms and they never got back to me, id just like to speak to a real person.
