Anyone that is successful during selection for the Speedbird Pilot Academy will secure full sponsorship to train at one of our approved training organisations, all the way through to the type rating at British Airways. This will even include food and accommodation either being included or subsidised. The Academy is designed to be for people with no financial means of obtaining this career otherwise - just like me when I left school and found the previous cadet programme provided by British Airways.
