I’m 153 cm tall, 5′2″ with boots—can I still qualify as a pilot with British Airways? It’s my dream.

I'm so sorry to say, when the height check is done, you will not be able to wear footwear. In order to be able to meet the reach requirement, you will reach the lower limit without shoes. Without this, you would not be eligible for the Academy.

You may wish to check height restrictions with other airlines in case this requirement differs.
