Can you describe a typical day in your role?

The role as a Candidate Engagement Product Owner varies daily dependent on where you are on your roadmap. Nevertheless, every stage requires high-quality organisation and communication. If we are launching a new feature or product for the website it requires; prioritization - Is this the right time to launch? And validation - Does this feature solve problems for the candidate or end user? During implementation, I have to ensure the right people are informed when they need to be, and similar for testing and training to ensure everything works as it should. This role requires constant juggling between internal and external stakeholders, and gives you a rewarding feeling when your product or feature has launched with the analytics prove that it has made a positive impact.
