What are the 3 top qualities required to succeed in your role?

At BA we are one big family, and we want to ensure we have amazing experiences for both customers and colleagues.

The top three qualities required for my role include:

Have a safety and security mindset - This is the core of the Management System. We always must think about how we can improve this through our Management System.

Be open to change - Once of the Management System core principles in continuous Improvement. We strive to have a world class management System. The aviation industry risks continuously evolve and so should the Management System. This is so we can always meet the needs of our stakeholders so they get the insights they need.

Be a people person - As the Management System Interacts with all areas of BA, so do we. It's important we're always speaking to our colleagues about their experiences and how we can better support them.
