Describe the opportunities to learn from more senior employees?

I have had a number of opportunities to get involved in new tasks both within our team and across the wider department and directorate. These have come with the relevant training plans, either getting instruction at one to one or team based training and instruction to carry out these new duties. In addition to having been given these opportunities, I also try as far as possible to get my team involved with new activities and make sure that they are to speed with what is required. This has included visiting other BA sites in Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow to participate in corporate roadshows at these venues.
