Hi.
You can have a beard as a pilot but this must meet safety regulations, mostly in regard to wearing a smoke hood and ensuring a good seal around the neck area.

The safety requirements say to ensure beards are no longer than 1.5cm at the points where the smoke hood facial seal will fit and that the neck area is clean shaven. The seal will be below the chin.
