I was lucky enough to secure a place on the previous cadetship, the Future Pilot Programme back in 2011. The requirements are a little different these days, but you will be able to find the details of what you will need to apply using this link: Speedbird Pilot Academy Preparation. No previous flying was, or is, necessary and we encourage people from all different backgrounds to apply.
