This is a common question amongst those who have studied Aerospace Engineering. For a frontline role, we do have many colleagues who are Maintenance Assistants, who provide general assistance to all maintenance colleagues. Some Maintenance Assistant can then choose to study for their modules in their own time to progress within their career after a few years. Additionally we have a Cabin Mechanic Pathway that is suited for those who have hands on experience as an Engineer outside of aviation, but can transfer their skills to become a Cabin Mechanic. As it stands, we do not currently have any vacancies for these roles for this year, however please sign up for the job alerts which will notify you when live. All the best with future applications.
