Hi there, I'm hoping you can help me. I'm looking for any information to get in contact with recruitment. My had an opportunity to book a slot time for an in person interview. She was in the system and had confirmed a day for attendance. Once complete, it kicked her out and mentioned that there are no more slots available but she was already confirmed. Please could you advise how to move forward ? This is a very unfair process, and she confirmed a slot in the system. Thank you in advance for any information you may be able to provide.

Hi Dan,


We have filled out the recruitment enquiry form. They have informed us that she was unable to secure a time slot. However that was not the case she was fully confirmed in the system before it kicked her out.


The position she was confirming the time slot for was for the Cabin Crew - Gatwick (Long Haul) 10247.


I appreciate any guidance at this time. Its just an unfortunate that she was confirmed then the system kicked her out and then was informed there were no more time slots available.
