Thanks for your question.
That would of course depend on the type of role you’re applying for, but the following is typical of a Cabin Crew position - very much a customer service role at British Airways:
Typical competencies we look for in our Cabin Crew might include (but are not limited to) team work, communication, listening, empathy, rapport building, resilience, etc.
Of course, being able to provide real-life examples of when you’ve demonstrated these will certainly go a long way.
