If you are asking about the Speedbird Pilot Academy, it is open to UK and Irish citizens and to those with indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK. You are unlikely to be eligible if you do not meet these criteria.

I am unaware of the initiative you refer to so I suspect not. I am afraid we are unable to sponsor anyone for a right to work visa at this time.

I hope you are able to find another way of becoming a pilot and maybe will see you at some point in the future with an application to one of our Direct Entry Pilot campiagns.
