The culture in BA is very collegial and supportive. There is room for everyone, your voice is heard and your opinion counts and it is addressed as best as they can. Last year I conducted focus groups as the wellbeing champion for the department to improve our day to day working, and most of the feedback form the team has been implemented to the satisfaction of our colleagues.

I would describe the culture as inclusive. Feedback is taken on board and steps are put in place to make change where necessary. An example being that at a recent Revenue Management forum, we were asked for our opinions on how we could positively change our department culture. With the answers we all provided these were collated and a new people plan initiative was created to support all of the suggested changes. There are now colleague working groups whose job it is to implement these changes and ensure we are making positive changes to the culture of the department. This really embodies our 'every colleague matters' goal.
