Please describe the biggest opportunities facing the company/department right now?

We are undergoing a very exciting period of transformation as we invest £7billion into transforming our airline to create a Better BA for our customers, investors and our people. As part of this, we are revolutionising how we work and making positive changes to improve the customer and colleague experience.

Within my department, the biggest opportunity we have is how to tell our exciting transformation story with the world. Whether this is by hosting expo-style events, arranging interviews with our senior leaders or giving everyone a behind the scenes lens into our business. It’s a very exciting time to join BA with so many things on the horizon!
