Hi there. As a business, we always ask for and value feedback from colleagues. We run a bi-annual "Reality Check" survey which asks colleagues how they are feeling and their thoughts about the business. The results are then shared with the leadership teams and colleagues and you'll be pleased to know actions are taken based on the feedback. Colleagues are also asked to complete an OHI (Organisational Health Index) survey which benchmarks BA against other companies in the IAG group and other industries.
I'm extremely proud to work for a company where we are able to share feedback and we can visibly see positive changes being made. I hope this information helps!

Hi Bauyrzhan, there are lots of opportunities to provide British Airways with employee feedback. There are a number of surveys that run throughout the year, such as the 'Organisational Health survey' & 'Pulse checks' to look at the employee NPS scores & review employee feedback. After the surveys, the feedback is quantified and presented back to employees and key take aways are summarised. Feedback is taken very seriously & action plans are drawn up on how to support employees in these areas. There are also more local feedback opportunities within departments & teams, within my team we have a team monthly pulse check where we can provide team feedback. And within my department Revenue Management, we have annual forums where we all meet and honestly discuss and provide feedback on what we can do as a department to support positive change.

Hi, Each team should be having regular meetings with their manager, so any feedback should be highlighted at these meetings and the manager will advise on what action can be taken. From a Departmental or Corporate perspective, there are a number of staff surveys undertaken regularly, where management take any necessary action from the results.
