Hello Manasi! In preparation for your interview I would recommend reflecting on your past employment experiences, if you don't have any then think about volunteering and educational experiences. Pick out a few examples and reflect on how these may link to dealing with customers. There are also five British Airways values that shape our work: caring, creative, safe and secure, excellence and open-minded. Think about how your experiences showcase these values.

Thank you for all your help. I successfully achieved my first interview yesterday. Your guidance gave me so much confidence to talk about my earlier experiences and try to explain it using British Airways values. I am very grateful to you. I received an email today to book the assessment centre appointment, and i booked it for 17th January because it's on first come, first serve basis. I really hope and wish that i can achieve this opportunity again. Kindly advise again for the assessment. I really appreciate your time and support.
