What's the policy surrounding a Pilot with an OML?

Additional information
Hi, Im currently medically grounded following a review later this month due to suffering from migraines. If I get my medical back I will get an OML for 10 years once I finish training. How does this affect my job opportunities as a pilot for British Airways and the wider industry?

Hi.
As long as you have a class one medical you should not be affected other than to comply with the OML on your licence.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes
