Hi -
The main benefit of having a British passport, would be that the right to live and work in the UK would be a given, however there are no further benefits. If you have a passport from the EU, you may be eligible for a settled status visa but the right to work is not automatic.
You would need to check your eligibility on the UK government website if you do not have a British passport as we cannot sponsor candidates for the right to work visa.
