Hi -
As it stands, we can only accept GCSE equivalents for the Speedbird Pilot Academy, higher certifications do not qualify. We have had applicants take GCSE, or equivalent exams, after their time at school in order to meet the eligibility criteria. For example, a level 2 BTEC would count as four GCSEs, however maths, a science and English Language certificates would still need to be obtained.
Whether this remains the case for any future intakes, I cannot say.

Hi! Do you have any idea when recruitment for cabin crew may open for 2025?Hi Dan Hope you’re well! How many years of flying experience do you need to progress to cabin crew lead ?Will there be cabin crew recruitment opportunities soon?Would a BACF pilot be included in the BA Master Seniority? This would influence many potential DE Captains (E145-E190)!
