Hi Dan Hope you’re well! How many years of flying experience do you need to progress to cabin crew lead ?

Cabin Crew
Hello,
I hope you’re well, too 😊
That would depend on any previous experience you have, as well as your performance in the role of cabin crew. There is no fixed time frame I believe, but typically once you’ve been flying for two years or more you would likely be eligible to apply.
I hope that helps.
Dan
