Thank you for your question.
We are looking for pilots who show that they are interested in flying and have taken some initiative in getting experience. This can include getting involved with a local flying club, visiting airfields or attending events or perhaps joining the air cadets. I would recommend joining the webinars on the run up to the next campaign. You should find these on Linked In or at British Airways Pilot Recruitment.
