Cabin Crew
Hello, thanks for your question.
At Heathrow, cabin crew are managed through clear lines of responsibility both in the air and on the ground.
- Onboard: The Captain and Flight Crew hold overall responsibility for the aircraft, with the Inflight Manager (IFM) leading the cabin and supported by Inflight Leads (IFL). Together, they ensure safety, service, and teamwork are delivered to the highest standard.
- On the ground: Crew Success Partners act as line managers in a non-flying role. They provide support with wellbeing, absence, and performance, as well as guidance whenever issues arise.
- Day of operation: Cabin Crew Operations Managers oversee the smooth running of flights, resolving any operational challenges such as delays or last-minute crew changes.
