Would a BACF pilot be included in the BA Master Seniority? This would influence many potential DE Captains (E145-E190)!

Speaking to colleagues, they have told me that if you go from CityFlyer to British Airways Mainline, you keep your date of joining on your ID and for staff travel purposes but not for actual seniority when it comes to bidding.
