Hi Simon, last week I was supposed to go to the waterside work experience but I wasn’t able to attend due to a death

I emailed the work experience explaining why I could not attend however I have not received a response

I hope to be able to attend another work experience but I cannot apply for another as British airways have a strict 1 application per person policy
