Balancing workload, particularly in a demanding role like Human Resources (HR), requires intentional effort but also setting clear boundaries. Two of my strategies include a) focus on completing high-priority tasks during my designated work hours and b) using technology to my advantage or using collaboration tools to streamline communication within my team or client area.
