Hello Ashwin, the interview is mostly designed to study your suitability for the role based on your background, passion, experience, etc. The interview would also have questions that test your knowledge of the airline industry as well as industry trends. Basically, you will be given a work related exercise (like a case study), as well as some behavioral questions (STAR like questions) to test fit.
