Would I be able to request 2 days off from cabin crew training for university exams?

Unfortunately you cannot request days off during your initial cabin crew training. The course follows a strict time-frame to accommodate all of the specific safety and service related components. However, once your course is completed you could book leave or request days off as part of your flying roster.
