Hello Jazz, I can share my view if this helps.

Our values are: Excellence, Caring, Open-minded. You can read more about this here: https://careers.ba.com/our-culture

It's tricky to choose because I am often a perfectionist, so striving for excellence is definitely up there. But I also think being open-minded resonates with my values. Being open-minded means we can be flexible to diverse thinking. This expands our possibilities of finding creative solutions that we may never have reached otherwise. It also reminds us to find interest in learning to improve our knowledge in ways that may be outside of our usual role. In the long run, we will benefit from being adaptable employees, while welcoming diversity.

Hi Jazz, thank you for the question! They all translate into my personal values but the one that stands out most to my role is being open-minded, as we have to be bold in our thinking in the best ways to promote and protect the British Airways brand.
