Cabin Crew
Hello Connie,
Thanks for your question.
You certainly can become Cabin Crew at British Airways without previous flying experience. We have people joining us from a variety of different careers - police officers, nurses, teachers, cruise ships, restaurants, hotel staff to name just a few! I would suggest signing up to Job Alerts (link below), so you can be notified when we recruit.

Although not essential, customer facing / service roles can be useful as Cabin Crew is very much a people-orientated role, whether that be serving our customers on board our aircraft or working effectively alongside other Cabin Crew or colleagues.
Any role that shares similar competencies we look for in our Cabin Crew will be especially useful. These include (but are not limited to) team work, communication, listening, empathy, rapport building, resilience, etc. All of these play a big part of the Cabin Crew role, and being able to provide examples of when you’ve demonstrated these in a previous role will really show us you’re prepared and understand what it takes to be British Airways Cabin Crew.
Do check out our Cabin Crew FAQ section below for further information on the role:

I hope that helps - do get back in touch if there is anything else I can help you with 😊
Dan
