Can I apply for Speedbird Pilot Academy, even though at the moment I have not the unrestricted right to work in the UK?

I am an Italian student who would like to join BA Speedbird Pilot Academy. The first question before applying is about the unrestricted right to work and live in the UK without sponsorship. Can I continue with my application, enven though now I have not the unrestricted right to work in the UK?
